Menu
The menu was drawn from actual menus discussed in primary source material. Certain assumptions were included in these documents. For example, tea. To the modern eye, this would simply be tea bags, until it is recalled that tea bags are a relatively recent invention that revolutionised tea making in this country. So to reflect this reality we bought leaf tea rather than the more convenient tea bags!
In addition we cheated a little bit and included veggie bacon and veggie ham as replacements for the non meat eaters on the camp.
