My Experience of the project - Katy

What was the camp like for you?
I enjoyed reliving the 1930s camp. I liked learning how to be a 1930s Woodcrafter.

What was the food like?
I thought the food was really yummy but the food we ate at the camp was what we eat now anyway. So it didn’t feel that different.

What didn’t we have?
We didn’t have our modern tents or any modern luxuries and we had to sleep quite rough.

What was the best bit?
I enjoyed doing archery. I thought it was so much fun because I had never tried it before and I was surprisingly good at it.
